Web 2.0 Fact & Fiction - Our Love Affair with the Web You have all heard of the term Web 2.0, and you wonder about it... What does it really mean? How can I use Social Media tools to my advantage? Is free really free? Web 2.0 is beyond a marketing term. First introduced as a term in the 2004 O'Reilly Media Conference, Web 2.0 refers to the second generation of the web. It is beyond cool tools like wikis, blogs, and Facebook. This presentation will dive into the concept of Web 2.0 and discuss popular tools, how to use them, and how to decide what works.
