Panel Members:

Shelle McLean joined Regis University Career Services in 2007 as a Senior Career Counselor and has provided career development services to students and alumni from all three Regis University Colleges.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has 20 years of higher education experience in career development, personal counseling, academic instruction and supervision.  Her professional background also includes experience in health care, specializing in Audiology and serving the needs of the hearing impaired.  She holds a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Adam State College, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders, and a Master of Arts in Audiology from University of Northern Colorado.

Mark Richtermeyer - Spitfire Group
As co-founder and President of The Spitfire Group, Mark leads the team, ensuring excellence in client delivery and operational efficiency at every level. With over 14 years of leadership experience in enterprise consulting with Hitachi Consulting, iXL and Managed Business Solutions, Mark is firmly placed at the top of his field. Considered a pioneer of electronic commerce, Mark developed the first online automotive reservation system in the travel industry. In addition, he has provided strategic, business critical consulting services to companies in the manufacturing, real estate, retail, travel, hospitality, healthcare and high-tech industries. He is active in the business community, participating in the Association for Corporate Growth, CXO.org, as well as several advisory panels and software associations. Mark was previously a licensed CPA and Air National Guard Officer, and he has been involved with the National Ski Patrol and other search and rescue organizations for several years.

Sally Pement - RMIMA Student Ambasador
Student Ambassador for University of Colorado Denver. Moving into my senior year at UCD, I am excited to be graduating next Spring with a Bachelorís Degree in Accounting and Information Systems. As a part-time student, I am the Vice President of Finance for the Information Systems Association at UCD. As a full-time employee, I work for EOG Resources, Inc. (O&G) downtown in their Regulatory Department. I have a ten year Accounting and Management background in various industries including retail, government, non-profit, and currently Oil & Gas. I have found career success in my ability to utilize every opportunity I can to develop myself personally and professionally. Technology has been at the core of every position Iíve had in my working life, and Iíve learned and used technology to help myself and my employers be more productive. The most important thing Iíve learned throughout my young career is to share what I know.
