Is Your IT Culture Ready for DevOps?

The pace of business continues to increase, and that means demands are greater than ever on IT groups to move faster and produce more. If your IT group can’t keep up with demand, you may find previous supporters seeking vendor solution quick fixes - which only makes the system that much harder to support. How are firms balancing the demand for faster turnaround with the mandate for security and stability? Increasingly, firms are joining Development and Operations together into “DevOps” teams that can deliver fast, maintain systems quality, and satisfy business needs. The progress made recently in merging the interests of business, development, and operations is all about cultural change. Does your firm have what it takes for DevOps? Learn what successful companies have found in their DevOps experiences and how you can use those lessons in your own company.
